1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

- The item arrives damaged or defective

- The item received is incorrect

- An item from your order is missing

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


2. Evidence Requirement

To help us review your request, we may ask for the following:

- Clear photos or videos of the item

- Photos of the packaging and shipping label

- Your order number

This evidence helps us verify the issue and process your request more quickly.

Please note that refunds or replacements may not be approved without sufficient evidence.


3. Resolution Options

After reviewing your case, we will determine the most appropriate solution.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:

- A replacement item, or

- A full or partial refund

The final resolution will be determined at our discretion based on the circumstances.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

- Change of mind after purchase

- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

- Refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes

- Delivery delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

- Loss or theft after the package has been marked as delivered

- Issues caused by the local postal service in the destination country


5. Lost Packages

If the tracking status shows that the package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please contact your local postal service or delivery carrier directly for assistance.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we unfortunately cannot issue refunds or replacements.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to provide the order details, tracking information, and delivery confirmation to the payment provider as evidence.

We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
