- Other International Destinations
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Korea: 2–3 business days
- Japan & Asia: 5–7 business days (may take longer depending on the destination)
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Europe & Other Countries: 7–14 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, and international logistics conditions.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website if applicable.
5. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that customs duties or import taxes cannot be used as a reason for returns or refunds, as these charges are outside of our control.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
6. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment at any time using the provided tracking information.
7. Shipping Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance procedures, international shipping conditions, weather issues, or local carrier delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding if such delays occur.
8. Incorrect Address
Please make sure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
9. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons such as:
- Customer absence
- Incorrect address
- Failure to claim the package
- Refusal to pay customs duties
the package may be returned to us by the carrier.
In such cases:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Additional shipping costs may apply if the package needs to be resent.
10. Lost Packages During Delivery
If the tracking status shows that the package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, or if the package is lost within the destination country’s postal system, please contact your local postal service or delivery carrier for assistance.
Once the package has been handed over to the local delivery provider, the issue must be resolved with that provider.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as delivered or lost by the local carrier.
